We most often arrange transport between Czechia and Germany, as well as France, Benelux, Austria, Poland, Slovakia and Italy. We assess other European routes based on the specific route and timing.
How quickly will I receive an offer?
We usually reply to new requests within 30 minutes during business hours. For urgent transport, call our dispatch team so we can start checking capacity immediately.
Which types of transport do you arrange?
FTL full truck loads, LTL part loads and pallets, and express van transport. We recommend a suitable vehicle and transport mode based on the shipment, route and deadline.
What details do you need for an accurate quote?
Loading and unloading locations, date or time window, dimensions, number of pieces or pallets, weight, type of goods and any special requirements. The more precise the details, the faster we can send a usable price.
Is the transport insured?
We hold freight forwarder's liability insurance up to CZK 10 million and work with vetted carriers. Cover for a specific shipment depends on the goods and transport conditions; for sensitive or high-value cargo, we confirm it in the offer.
Will I receive shipment updates?
Yes. We provide updates on loading, transport progress and expected unloading. After delivery, you receive confirmation and the required transport documentation.
