This page explains how LV SPEDITION s.r.o. processes personal data of website visitors and transport-enquiry contacts.

Transport enquiry form

We process information you voluntarily submit, particularly your name or company, email, phone number and transport details. We use it to handle your enquiry, prepare an offer and, where applicable, enter into or perform a contract.

Information is retained only as long as necessary for the enquiry and subsequent business communication; where a contract is formed, statutory retention duties apply. The form is technically processed by Netlify.

Google Analytics

After consent, we use Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-2GP3566PP2, to measure traffic and improve the website. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. Without consent, we do not load the analytics script or store analytics cookies.

You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the website footer. Rejecting analytics does not restrict the website or enquiry form.

Recipients and international transfers

Our IT and hosting providers may process data where necessary, particularly Netlify and, when analytics is allowed, Google. These providers may use infrastructure outside the European Economic Area subject to appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, object to processing and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time.
